In 2015, Semi Permanent's CEO & Creative Director, Murray Bell, invited us to take over the community and sales strategy for all Semi Permanent creative festivals. Our mission was to reposition the festival series as one of the top creative events in Australasia and increase ticket sales.

With a new 3-day event format implemented for the first time, we completely restructured the ticket tiers and designed new experiences for the attendees. We had multiple workshop options, exhibitions and premium functions. – We successfully repositioned the former Semi Permanent Conference as a new 3-day immersive creative festival through the new strategy. We almost doubled the ticketing revenue in the first year, followed by a 20–25% year-on-year growth until 2020.
